In case the Company pays benefits and supports for the labors (sign contract form 3 months or more) when finishing the labor contract, the personal income is out of the provision of Labor Law, Law on Society Insuarance and labor contract between the employee and the paying agency after finishing labor contract, If this payment is from 2 million ( 2.000.000) or more, the Company must withhold PIT at 10% rate of the total income paid.
